The Complete Book of Pastry Sweet and Savory by Bernard Clayton, Jr., New York, NY: Simon and Schuster,1981.
Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Vol.One, by Julia Child, Louisette Beththolle, and Simone Beck, New York, NY: Alfred A. Knopf, 1961.
I have both books and can loan them to you.
