Mad Batter - grilled halibut with mango-salsa and long grain rice

Sitting on the beautiful porch of the Carroll Villa Hotel, my family and I were protected from the humidity but left open to the clean ocean breeze. We were served with concern and celerity, a cherished mix hard to find in shore waiters. Our meal was unanimously praised.
The winsome conditions combined to create the best meal I had during my latest visit to Cape May.
