The tarte is accompanied by a goat cheese mousse and hazelnuts. The presentation is the gorgeous and the taste, nearly so. I didn't get the chance to try the whipped goat, but I believe it would have slightly lessened the sweetness of the endive tarte tatin. Overall, muy buena.
