Le Petit Mitron - Chocolate Tart w/ orange
Note the mundane moniker (found in the menu). At Le Petit, they let the pastry's taste do the talking. This one was not one of my favorites, but the tart packs a knock-out ganache inside a thicker-than-typical shortbread crust.
