Yea, looks pretty good. Miel's proprietor Robbet Bennet sure knows how to dress up his creations, but taste is where it really counts. He usually hits the mark there too. But with his tiramisu, I got the sensation of eating a layered chocolate and vanilla mousse, rather than a marscarpone, chocolate, espresso-soaked layer cake. The reason being that the chocolate layer sort of overpowered the others, as chocolate sometimes tends to do. Basically, I missed the absent flavors.
But let's get real. If I made this thing, it probably would have tasted better - pride alters perception. But at $5.50, I can critique with full capacity.
