Sadly, the cake sounded (and looked) better than it tasted. I can attribute this in part because the cake was so damn cold, skewing the flavor of the chocolate buttercream until it wasn't totally enjoyable. The torte was very good, and the fresh raspberry preserves added a nice tartness, but the temperature took away from total enjoyment
If it's the Signature, it must be good
